Hey we're just doing this for fun, we're not trying to make a profit, just cover the costs. Door charge $5 (no tickets just pay at the door) Free for DUSA members . Oh yeah! With GLBT people from all over Victoria and eastern South Australia attending, the party is gonna go off! Get with the spirit and dress as a sailor. Gob hats (the little white sailor hats) are available at the GTS on Liebig Street, Warrnambool for $3.50. Where is the party? At the Student Union Bar (SUB) Deakin University, Raglan Pde, Warrnambool.
A free DUSA shuttle bus is available all night long (from 8pm) between the Warrnambool CBD (outside Rogers Newsagency) and The SUB (Deakin University). Can also pick up from the Mid City Motel with advance notice (email glbtclubsandwich@hotmail.com). Club Sandwich says "don't drink and drive!", "rest, revive, survive" etc Who can come? Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender People of all ages (18up) and supportive str8 friends (where would we be without our fag hags and handbags?). There's fun for everyone! Where can I stay? The Mid City Motel, Raglan Pde, Warrnambool have offered a 10% discount for anyone who mentions Club Sandwich on the weekend of the party. $97.40 for 4 star accommodation in Warrnambools most gay friendly motel. Book ahead. For the budget traveller we recomend The Warrnambool Hotel. $40 inc breakfast (shared bathroom), standard hotel accommodation with quaint period furnishings. Book ahead.
